FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Can you display these globes outside? Yes, all of our globes are suited for all weather display.

 

Do these globes light up? Yes, all of our globes are intended to be lit for best display, but they do not some with a light. If you would like to light them up for display, we offer a seperate lamp stand to display them.

 

How do I assemble plastic bodies and faces? We include step by step instructions with every globe.

  

Can I pay in Canadian Dollars? Yes, we currently only offer online sales in $USD, but if you would like to pay in $CAD we can process your order over the phone, and save you the extra exchange premium charged by your bank or credit card company.

 

 

Do you ship Worldwide? Yes, BUT outside of USA/CANADA all shipments must ship via Priority Worldwide, which is expensive, a 13-1/2" Globe shipped to Europe averages $150USD.

 

When will my order be sent? We ship daily Monday - Friday, as a general rule all orders are shipped same day if possible. Statutory holidays and weekends not included.

 

How soon will I get my order? We ship all orders by Air Mail which generally takes 3-5 business days. We are located in Canada on the west coast, so shipments out east of far south can take a little longer.

 

My item arrived damaged? Please contact us at pogogas@telus.net if your purchase arrives damaged. We will either ship you a replacement or give you a refund if we are unable to supply a replacement.

 

Do you accept returns? All sales are final, however we will accept returns of un-opened items for exchange, you are responsible for return shipping, insurance etc, as well as the cost of shipping the exchange item to you. Please be sure to retain your tracking information, and forward that information to us so we can be sure to get to it as soon as possible.

-You MUST send returned items back via USPS or Canada Post and it must be insured. Any damage will be your responsibility, as it is ours when we ship to you.

-If required for shipment, any customs paperwork MUST indicate that the item is being returned to original seller for exchange, failure to do so will result in your package being refused do to accrued customs charges.

-We will not accept returns sent via UPS, FedEx etc, you MUST use USPS or Canada Post ONLY!
