Terms & Conditions

All Orders are subject to the following Terms and Conditions

-All U.S. & International customers are responsible any applicable Tarrifs, Duties,V.A.T., Local Taxes, and any Brokerage Fees. Our products are all manufactured in North America and are USMCA compliant. We include a USMCA certificate of origin with all US shipments, but ultimately it's up to each customs agent or brokerage clearing the shipment whether duties (Tarrifs) are required to be paid by the customer receiving the shipment.

-Orders are shipped daily Monday - Friday, Statutory holidays and weekends not included, you will recieve an email with your tracking information when your order ships. We ship Canada Post/USPS Expedited and/or UPS Ground 

-All Sales are Final. Please review your order carefully before purchase, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer replacements for items received in a defective or damaged condition, or if the wrong item was sent. Please report such issues to customer service via the contact form below within 3 days of receipt. If your item arrives damaged. Please document the damage with photos, including the packaging, and contact us by email sales@pogosgarage.com 

-Canadian customers can pick up their order, when completing check out select "Local Pickup" as the shipping option, then email us at sales@pogosgarage.com to arrange pick up from our warehouse in Armstrong, British Columbia, Canada. (By Appointment Only)

-Shipping to the U.S.A. generally takes 5-7 business days. We are located in British Columbia, Canada, shipments to the east coast and southern U.S. may take longer.
