TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL WEBSTORE PURCHASES (REV: Aug 25, 2025)

NEW Regulations for all U.S. bound shipments
The US government has issued an executive order to eliminate the de minimis exemption for imports from all countries (this was the threshold below which imported goods didn't need to be charged duties and taxes). Effective  August 29, 2025, all shipments into the US—regardless of value—will be subject to applicable duties and customs clearance.

We will update our order process to automate this system once we work our way through the new system. Shipments may also experience delays due to the new tariffs and increased US Customs requirements. Rest assured, our shipping standards and service metrics will be the same as they always have been, and we will continue to provide same/next day shipping whenever possible, however there may be longer delivery times due to the tariff implementation delays.

Attn: U.S. Customers, additional U.S. Duty Pre-Paid charges will be billed seperately and must be paid prior to shipment of your  order. All orders begining the week of Aug 25, 2025 will be held and processed after Aug 29, as those orders would enter the U.S. after the deadline, and would be denied entry and returned to sender. 

Orders are shipped daily Monday - Friday, Statutory holidays and weekends not included.

Shipping to the U.S.A. generally takes 5-7 business days. We are located in Canada on the west coast, so shipments to the east coast and southern U.S. can take longer. 

Canadian customers can pick up thier order, when completing check out select "Local Pickup" as the shipping option, then email us at sales@pogosgarage.com to arrange pick up from our warehouse in Armstrong, British Columbia, Canada. (By Appointment Only)

If your item arrives damaged. Please document the damage with photos, including the packaging, and contact us by email sales@pogosgarage.com if your purchase arrives damaged.

All Sales are Final. Please review your order carefully before purchase. All sales are considered final, and we do not offer refunds.

We will consider replacements for items received in a defective or damaged condition, or if the wrong item was sent. Please report such issues to customer service via the contact form below within 1 days of receipt.
